Eugo Group B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands with its registered office at Kingsfordweg 00151, 1043Gr, Amsterdam (the “Company”), provides its services and products under the following Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).

The Company’s logo, along with various other marks and identifiers used on the Site and in connection with the Products and Services, are registered trademarks of the Company. These trademarks have secured registrations and are afforded protection under the trademark laws of the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Hong Kong. The User acknowledges the Company’s exclusive rights in these trademarks and agrees not to use these trademarks, or any confusingly similar marks, in any manner that would infringe upon or dilute the Company’s trademark rights.
Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited and may lead to civil and criminal penalties. Furthermore, the User shall not file any applications to register any trademarks or domain names that are identical or confusingly similar to any trademarks of the Company. The User acknowledges that any unauthorized use of the Company’s trademarks would cause irreparable harm to the Company, for which monetary damages would be inadequate, and therefore the Company shall be entitled to injunctive relief, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.
You agree to use the Site, Products, and Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You are prohibited from engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Site or Services, or the servers and networks connected to the Site.
All sales of Products and Services are final. As a B2B entity, the Company does not offer refunds.
Products are subject to a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a specified period.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, Services, or Products, or your violation of these Terms.
All non-public information shared by the Company or Users during the use of the Site, Products, or Services is considered confidential. Users agree not to disclose such information without prior written consent from the Company.
The Company is committed to protecting the privacy and security of Users’ personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site, Products, and Services without notice, for conduct that the Company believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other Users, the Company or its affiliates, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the Site, Products, and Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which, by their nature, should survive termination, shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Site, Products, and Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and the Company.
The Company may assign or delegate these Terms and/or the Company’s Privacy Policy, in whole or in part, to any person or entity at any time with or without your consent. You may not assign or delegate any rights or obligations under the Terms or Privacy Policy without the Company’s prior written consent.
